Graves wine
Graves, a wine from Bordeaux France Vineyards
Graves AOC is the basic appellation of the Graves subregion and can be used for both red and dry white wine. 3,100 hectares (7,700 acres) of vineyards were dedicated to this appellation in 2004.
The red Graves are made using a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon, with smaller amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The dry white Graves are a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon.

Yesterday also marked the beginning of harvest for the properties of Vignobles André Lurton. Harvest started at the Chateau located in the Graves and Pessac-Léognan regions, which (...)
